Our state of the art
manufacturing facilities covers over 8000 square feet
and uses CNC machines, Special purpose milling center
and machines, Automats and numerous Lathe and marking
machines to produce global spec compliant
Instrumentation Fitting and Valve products .This
facility has been ISO 9001: 2000 certified by TUV
Germany and complies with “Good Manufacturing Practices
“in regard to Design, Good Quality Systems,
manufacturing, packaging, labeling, storage,
installation and shipping. |

Our stocking and shipping program in our offices in
California, Milan –Italy and Joint Venture operations in the Middle
East allow us to optimize our supply chain times to a minimum. On
annual contracts we maintain a four week buffer supply at these
locations to meet on - demand out of turn supplies, taking some
“pain” away from our valued clients. With door delivery systems by
UPS worldwide, we are able to cut cycle time of logistics by almost
35%.With Material tracing, web based order tracking system, 100%
spectrograph tests for our raw material, we have automated our
supply chain and efforts to improve performance remains mission
critical for us. |
